CAA PRODUCER DEVELOPMENT CONFERENCE POOLS MEMBERS' EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE

Austin, TX, January 26, 2006 - Combined Agents of America, LLC (CAA) held its second Producer Development conference last week. The two-day conference was hosted at the Service Lloyds Insurance Company facility, Austin, Texas, and attended by 28 producers from CAA member agencies. CAA is a managing general agency (MGA) committed to strengthening the independent insurance agency system through profitable growth, quality and service for its member agencies.

The Producer Development conference focused on education and knowledge sharing. Highlights included an overview of the oil and gas industry from CAA member Bill Bridges, executive vice president of Duncan, Fraser & Bridges, and a presentation on the workers compensation updates to House Bill 7 by Jan Kearbey, CWCP, CIC, CISR, CPIW, director of education and production for Service Lloyds Insurance Company. Attendees also held roundtable discussions on such topics as prospecting and goal setting, and a dinner was hosted by Central Insurance at the Iron Cactus.

Based on a post-conference survey, 100% of attendees said the conference "absolutely" met their expectations and were "very satisfied" with the conference content. CAA plans to hold the Producer Development conference on a quarterly basis. The next conference is scheduled for April 6-7, 2006, and is open to all CAA member agency producers.
